Eraginkor sees Training as a complement to the other activities in its other business lines, in order to foster the management service integration that it offers to its clients. Therefore and based on the companies' Training Needs Diagnostics (Establish a link to the Consultancy page on the same theme), Training Actions are managed, designed or run in the following lines:

  • Training on legal formalities
  • Training on accounting, fiscal and labour aspects
  • Training on management tools.

In addition to our own training actions, we work with different companies, using different partnership formulas, to ensure a comprehensive training range in:

  • IT training.
  • Language training.
  • Specific training for professional collectives or companies.

The Eraginkor Training Process also focuses on the managing the funding lines that the different collectives ( companies, employees and unemployed) can access at any given time in line with the current institutional programmes.

The ERAGINKOR trainers act as training action coaches for organisations such as:

  • COCETA: Spanish Confederation of Associated Work Cooperatives.
  • ERKIDE: Federation of Credit, Teaching and Associated Work Cooperatives
  • FECOE: Federation of Basque Consumer Cooperatives
  • FCAE: Federation of Basque Agricultural Cooperatives
  • LAN EKINTZA BILBAO: Public Society for Promoting Employment
  • GARAPEN: Association of Basque Development Agencies.
  • DEBEGESA: Public Society for the Promotion of the Bajo Deba .

The work or worker partners of Workers-Owned Companies (Sociedad Laboral) and Cooperatives, along with the registered unemployed, can take part free of charge in the training actions organised under the Social Economy Programme Contract of the Tripartite Foundation for Continuous Training (FTFC).

The other company workers that pay Social Security contributions may take part in the training free of charge. The cost will be deducted by the company from the Social Security contribution bases, based on the relevant annual Training credit, according to the regulations established by the FTFC. On the other hand, different trade union and business organisations manage FTFC Programme Contracts, both regionally and nationally, with specific training programmes.

The Social Economy companies of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country (CAPV) have a specific subsidy programme for cooperative training that is run by the Basque Government's Social Economy Directorate.

Hobetuz provides the funding for the Training Needs Diagnostics and training actions, according to the terms and conditions set out in a Basque Government Education Order, which was published in November for 2007. .
