The work or worker partners of Workers-Owned Companies (Sociedad Laboral) and Cooperatives, along with the registered unemployed, can take part free of charge in the training actions organised under the Social Economy Programme Contract of the Tripartite Foundation for Continuous Training (FTFC). The other company workers that pay Social Security contributions may take part in the training free of charge. The cost will be deducted by the company from the Social Security contribution bases, based on the relevant annual Training credit, according to the regulations established by the FTFC.
